1. Creative Art Workshops and Woodland Activities
Who will benefit?
Children and parents during the holidays.
Aims:
To offer quality instruction during the holidays, where children will benefit from gaining practical and team skills and develop confidence levels in an open learning space.
The creative art workshops will allow children to use their experiences of learning in the wild to produce project based art work.
2. Portuguese for Kids
Who will benefit?
Children of all ages .
Aims:
Did you know that Portuguese is spoken in Portugal, Brazil, Madeira, Azores, Cabo Verde, Guinea Bissau, Angola, Mozambique, Macau, East Timor and Goa. Basically all over the world. Of all the Latin Languages Portuguese is the most useful.
If you can speak Portuguese you will be able to understand and communicate with speakers of other Latin based languages like Italian and Spanish.
Many English words come from Latin so knowing Portuguese can aid with spelling mathematical and scientific words in English.
An amazing skill to have and a skill for life.
